I already knew about these space partials which floats around randomly in space, but is there a material on earth capable of stopping these space partials from flipping bits? A material so tight and strong that the partials can't penetrate it?

Right the ink and paper is not immune, but the scale is rather limited as compared to a computer based system I reckon.

Yea elections should probably be done by manual ink and paper in box. Same with the infrastructure, should have a manual emergency switch that can't be hacked or error besides physical damage to the object. SeemsGood
