badloop

but those numbers vary from system to system

badloop

the inara website can also show you where the best imports/exports are that are nearest to your current location

elnur009

this looks so budget compared to no man's sky

badloop

you didn't set your target in the external menu on the left

badloop

@elnur009 they are two completely different games with different purposes

elnur009

I know

elnur009

just compared graphics

badloop

the second tab in the galaxy map lets you search for a location

elnur009

can you crash to the sun ?

elnur009

activate light speed bro

badloop

and the graphics are really no comparison either. No Mans Sky is more \"cartoonish\" and Elite has more \"realistic\" graphics

elnur009

is this a star?

elnur009

@badloop you haven't played it in max graphics bro

elnur009

it's beautiful

badloop

yes, you drop into every system at its main star

elnur009

isn't star supposed to be brighter?

elnur009

looks realistic Kappa

badloop

you can use the filter on the left of your external menu to show only stations

badloop

@elnur009 obviously your ship has a canopy that shields the brightness of the star

elnur009

WutFace

elnur009

@XcomReborn can you shield the brightness of the star?

elnur009

or is it fantasy shit?

elnur009

no I mean at closer distance

badloop

also... both of these games are fantasy obviously. elite is more closely based on ACTUAL science though. if you care to research it, they used accepted mathematical equations related to the current state of the galaxy for the Stellar Forge engine to create the in-game galaxy.

badloop

There was actually a system that NASA found that Elite predicted would be there in the engine.

badloop

sorry I stepped away

badloop

its one ton... it showed it on there

badloop

go to your \"transactions\" tab in your external menu on the left

badloop

yep, 0 out of 1 that you need

badloop

it showed the 1 in parentheses on the mission board
