ok, you need to use the full system scanner
badloop |
on the transactions part
badloop |
ok, what does your job say you're supposed to do?
badloop |
second tab | ||
badloop |
press the number 2 | ||
badloop |
look at your comms menu, second tab
badloop |
they are real people | ||
badloop |
and, I'm not joking.... if you get stuck and run out of fuel, there is a group of people in this community called \"The Fuel Rats\" that will come save you
badloop |
super cruise really doesn't use fuel... and as long as you're not exploring in the black, there is a likely a station in the system you're in that you can refuel at
badloop |
(whenever you're about to jump)
badloop |
the blue highlighted part of your fuel meter shows how much fuel the current jump will use
badloop |
under the ship tab | ||
badloop |
you can find your max jump distance in your internal menu on the right
badloop |
ALWAYS refuel when you dock
badloop |
getting a fuel scoop will be helpful. it allows you to scoop fuel off of specific kinds of stars
badloop |
you are running out of fuel though
badloop |
you need to find a closer star to jump to
badloop |
it means that you're attempting to jump farther than your frame shift drive can in a single jump
badloop |
look at the circle to the upper left of your sensors
badloop |
you damage the station... they boom you
badloop |
nope... you can do whatever you want as long as you don't damage the station
badloop |
also, the Codex is a vast source of information. it is on your internal menu on the right
badloop |
\"contacts\" shows ships/stations near you... you use that to scan ships and things if you're doing missions where you need to attack other ships or find certain people
badloop |
it showed the 1 in parentheses on the mission board
badloop |
yep, 0 out of 1 that you need
badloop |
go to your \"transactions\" tab in your external menu on the left
badloop |
its one ton... it showed it on there
badloop |
sorry I stepped away | ||
badloop |
There was actually a system that NASA found that Elite predicted would be there in the engine.
badloop |
also... both of these games are fantasy obviously. elite is more closely based on ACTUAL science though. if you care to research it, they used accepted mathematical equations related to the current state of the galaxy for the Stellar Forge engine to create the in-game galaxy. |
