eat in a 8-10 hour window, don't eat right away when you first wake up. Does wonders. Then some walks, a few sit ups/push ups here and there, nothing crazy, you'd be surprised. Helps a lot | ||

so to answer question earlier about older gameplay being better, I think so. I think the top 20 players 20 years ago were better than today top 20. I don't remember seeing cheesy stuff like that. | ||
