Abstaining from porn or masturbation doesn’t help. I can’t last more than 6 hours without porn and need to watch it on my second monitor at least 9 hours a day. I still can’t help but feel inferior and threatened by Jamal because of it. It brings out a dark side in me ( no pun intended ) and plants so much doubt and insecurity in me.
