I agree with your point Xcom, that we should have less dependence on foreign countries for our chips, but the current bill they are trying to pass does not provide enough verbiage to really address the real issue | ||

I get that point, but the companies won't be building stuff we need. they will use it to build new fabs in the states to produce high end server chips, not the stuff we really need | ||

As someone who works for defense all the chips are made in very small levels are are FPGAs, they are not made by companies like Intel or AMD or NVDA | ||
